Beef Hump (“Cupim”) – kg
The Hump (Chuck Creast), or as it is called in Brazil – The “Cupim”, is present at many Brazilian BBQs, making it a very traditional piece of meat in Brazil.
It must be cooked ‘Low and Slow’. Be patient, get it right and it will simply be a one-off experience. Absolutely flavorsome!
Our Hump comes directly from the abattoir in Queensland, where the ‘Zebu’ (Brahman) cattle are found.
Great piece of meat for “low and slow” BBQs.
