One of the most popular Brazilian style Sausages, definitely found at the start of any good Brazilian BBQ , and it certainly carries its Italian heritage as well.
Made with Pork Shoulder, Pork Fat, Garlic, Chilli Flakes, Fennel Seeds, Salt, Black Pepper and a little touch of Sugar.
*We use natural sausage casing for all our Sausages.
