A very ‘old school’ and traditional Brazilian Sausage, brought to the Brazilian country side by the first Italian immigrants back in the 19th century.
Made with Pork Shoulder, slow cooked Pork Skin, Pork Fat, Garlic, fresh Chilli, fresh Parsley, Spring Onion, White Wine Vinegar, a touch of Nutmeg, Salt, Black Pepper and a little touch of Sugar.
Absolutely divine and unique!
*We use natural sausage casing for all our Sausages.
