Chorizo is probably one of the most well known and consumed sausages in the world.

It is traditionally Spanish, but other places claim to do their own Chorizo as well, like ourselves.

Made with Pork Shoulder, Pork Fat, Garlic, Chili flakes, Paprika Smoked, Salt, Black Pepper and a little touch of Sugar.

It is of course great for barbecuing, but it will also be great on your Pizzas, Pastas, for a Sausage Roll etc…
