A very traditional Brazilian chilli and widely consumed all over Brazil, the Kiss Pepper or ‘Pimenta Biquinho’ is a different and special type of chilli… it does not have the heat of normal chillies, but it does bring you a delicious chilli flavour without the burning sensation.

It is obviously used at barbecues, but also goes great with stews, baked beans, haloumi cheese (believe it or not) and it can even be a nice touch to your antipasto platter.
