Pork Scotch Steak Marinated – kg

Pork Scotch trimmed and cut into Steaks, then marinated with Maple Syrup, Cinnamon Quill, Cloves, Garlic, Sumac, Red Wine & Black Pepper.

All you need to do is add that little pinch of Sea Salt and place it straight on the grill.

Great for Smoking as well.
