It is certainly a special piece of Pork.

Carefully trimmed and marinated with Maple Syrup, Cinnamon Quill, Cloves, Garlic, Sumac Red Wine & Black Pepper.

Just add a little Sea Salt all around and we recommend cooking it low and slow.

Perfect for the smoker as well.
